Sam’s Home & Commercial Inspectors, LLC was founded in 2022 by Air Force Veteran Sam J. Davis, a Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®.
Based in Vichy, Missouri, this veteran-owned firm serves clients statewide, offering comprehensive residential and commercial inspections—including mold, radon, sewer scope, fire & safety, termite, and private well inspections, among others.
Sam and his team hold certifications through InterNACHI, CCPIA, ICA2, PMII, OSHA, and ADA compliance programs, and use advanced technologies such as thermal imaging, drones, and HD camera sewer scopes to deliver accurate, transparent inspection reports—typically within 24 hours.
At the heart of their business is a commitment to integrity, clarity, and exceptional customer service. Their motto, “Let No Man Deceive You,” reflects a promise to provide honest, thorough, and objective inspections every time.
