About Us
We are a Veteran-owned home inspection company that has been serving the Great State of Missouri since 2022. Our Inspectors are certified ASHI or InterNACHI. All of our Inspectors have gone through hours upon hours of training and have completed the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) school. We work hard to stay on top of the latest technology and current regulations. Missouri is one the few states that don't require a Home or Commercial Inspector to be certified. However, we are in order to ensure you get the best, honest, and highest quality Inspection possible. "Let No Man Deceive You" is our Motto that we live by.
Our founder, Sam Davis is an Air Force Veteran who has been deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and more combat locations. After getting out of the military he decided to create Sam's Home and Commercial Inspectors in order to continue to serve by helping people. After researching into the matter Sam found countless families that have become a victim to non-certified home inspectors. Missouri is one of those states that don't require any training or certification to be a Home or Commercial Inspector. Now he works around the clock to provide the best Home and Commercial Inspection Services as possible by continuing training and upgrading to the latest technology to ensure we provide you our client with the most accurate information about your future home.
We use the latest technology with the good old fashion eyeballs to perform each inspection at the highest level. To ensure every inch of the property is inspected to include structural, electrical, air-conditioning system, plumbing and more. We will notify you of all the items that we find if there are any in order to help inform you of items that are concerning about the home. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished. You will have the complete report emailed to you within 24 hours after the inspection.

All of our inspectors are certified members in good standing of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
