We are not afraid to show our prices unlike our competitors. We fully understand that buying a Home or a Commercial building is expensive. We go the extra mile on all of our inspections so that there are no surprises down the road that could cost a whole lot more than one can undertake without any planning. We don't charge to you extra to do parts of an inspection that most inspectors don't like to do, for example, roof inspection, crawl space. We don't charge for any travel time/distance.

Limited Mold Inspection

This includes 4 air samples targeted two outside, one in the affected area and one of the HVAC system. We will only inspect the area that is affected. There can be additional charges based on what additional testing/samples are needed. The two outside samples will give the lab a baseline to compare to the two inside the home. There should be the same amount of mold inside the home as there is outside the home. If there is more than your inspector can help guide you to get the problem fixed.

Complete Mold Inspection

We will inspect the whole house for mold and take a min of 4 air samples, two outside and one in a room of the inspectors/client choice, one HVAC. We will also do moisture testing with a meter and infrared cameras to locate problem issues. There can be additional charges based on what additional testing/samples are needed.
