There are countless types of mold and we are able to test to see which mold you have and inform you on how to treat it. Painting over it doesn't fix the problem nor using beach, it may be able to get rid of it temporary. We have the equipment to test the air and selected spots to see if the mold is indeed a problem. We are connected with the best labs in the nation in order to get a fast and accurate results. We want you to be safe in your future home or office.
Radon Inspection
Radon is a radioactive gas that is colorless, odorless, and tasteless. Exposure to radon can potentially cause damage to your lungs. This exposure could lead to lung cancer sometime over the course of your life. Not everyone exposed to radon will develop lung cancer and the amount of time between exposure and the onset of cancer may be many years.
We use a Continous Radon Monitor that is accepted by the NRPP to provide us with results in as little as an hour. However, we follow NRPP guidelines and testing for Radon normally takes 48 hours in a perfect conditions. We are do long term testing for up to 6 months and continuous monitor if you would like.
The house must be closed before and during the test. Occupants can continue to live and do what they want as long as the windows remain closed and doors are only open if needed for a few seconds. Long enough to go in and out.
We understand that this testing may take longer than one plans on but its the best way to understand if Radon levels in your home are safe. If you want to do testing, we can do it before or after closing.
