Thank you Sam for coming out and inspecting the property that I have been renting for several years. I was going to purchases the property at a responsible price but I'm so glad Sam and his team did my inspection at a reasonable price and saved me from spending thousands of dollars on this home that I will not be purchasing I have learned a lot on home inspections and Sam was outstanding I would use them again if I purchase a home .

I've used this company twice and both times Sam was very prompt getting back with me, getting the inspection done, and emailing me the report. Even my realtor plans on referring her future clients to Sam's.

Did a great job with all inspections and informing us on what problems were and what they looked like.

Samuel was very thorough and did a great job! I didn't get a good report but I would definitely hire him again. I talked with him today and he was so kind as he was Saturday. Great young man!

Pre buy inspection Sam was very thorough. He discovered mold in the house. Also discovered multiple window leaks broken appliances, lack of insulation broken exterior doors. He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. As a result I did not but the lemon of a house saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Sam very professional and knowledgeable Job. I would with out a doubt hire him again.
